Mission

Our Mission
The Delaware African and Caribbean Affairs Commission is created to promote the welfare and interest of all people of African descent who reside in the state of Delaware.

Vision

  •   To provide a platform for the promotion of cultural and historical heritage of the people of African descent.
  •   To facilitate the socioeconomic relationship between the African and Caribbean countries, citizens, and residents

Objectives

  •   Education: To promote the quality of education in the community.
  •   Safety and Security: To work with the law enforcement to protect and promote law and order.
  •   Economic Development: To work with the City, County, and the state creates job opportunities in Delaware.
  •   International Relation: To promote Cultural heritage, liaise with the Africa and Caribbean Countries while promoting Delaware goods and Services.
  •   Community Council Faith Based: To work with the Faith-based Community leaders in promoting social needs in the community.
